General Information

Compliance Status

Partially Compliant

This website is partially compliant with the requirements of Appendix A of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard due to the non-compliances listed below.

Non-accessible content

The following content is non-accessible for the reasons stated:

  1. Non-compliance with Law 4/2004: No
  2. Disproportionate burden: No
  3. Content not within the scope of applicable legislation: No

Non-compliant sections, content, and functions:

  • C.9.1.1.1 (Non-text Content): Some non-text content presented to the user does not have a text alternative that serves the same purpose.
  • C.9.1.3.2 (Meaningful Sequence): In some cases, where the sequence in which content is presented affects its meaning, it is visual only and not structural. Furthermore, a meaningful sequence is not always guaranteed for documents.
  • C.9.1.3.5 (Identify Input Purpose): The purpose of some input fields collecting information about the user may not always be programmatically determinable, limiting accessibility for some assistive technologies.
  • C.9.1.4.3 (Contrast Minimum): In some sections, the contrast between text and background may not reach minimum recommended levels, making the text difficult to read for some users.
  • C.9.1.4.5 (Images of Text): Text alternatives for images are not consistently provided.
  • C.9.1.4.10 (Reflow): Content that does not require two-dimensional representation (such as data tables or maps) does not reflow when the viewport size changes.
  • C.9.1.4.11 (Non-text Contrast): For some essential components, including different states, the color contrast against adjacent elements does not meet the 3:1 ratio.
  • C.9.1.4.12 (Text Spacing): Modifying text spacing regarding line height, paragraph spacing, letter spacing, or word spacing results in some loss of information or content.
  • C.9.1.4.13 (Content on Hover or Focus): Some additional content appearing on hover or focus may not be fully dismissible, hoverable, or persistent according to specifications.
  • C.9.2.4.1 (Bypass Blocks): There is no mechanism to bypass blocks of content that are repeated across multiple web pages.
  • C.9.2.4.3 (Focus Order): In some web pages where navigation sequence affects meaning and operation, some focusable objects do not receive focus in an order that preserves meaning and operability.
  • C.9.2.4.4 (Link Purpose – In Context): In some cases, the purpose of links may not be clearly determinable from the link text alone or its context.
  • C.9.2.4.6 (Headings and Labels): In some cases, headings and/or labels do not sufficiently clarify the content or functionality of elements.
  • C.9.2.4.7 (Focus Visible): The focus indicator is not visible on some interactive elements.
  • C.9.2.5.1 (Pointer Gestures): Some features using multi-touch or path-based gestures may not be fully operable with a single pointer without path-based gestures.
  • C.9.2.5.2 (Pointer Cancellation): Some pages do not offer a clear way to return to the previous page, other than using the browser’s “back” button.
  • C.9.2.5.3 (Label in Name): Some input fields and their respective labels do not match, creating inconsistency between the visible text and the accessible label.
  • C.9.2.5.4 (Motion Actuation): Some features responding to device or user movement may not always provide mechanisms to disable the movement function or prevent accidental activation.
  • C.9.3.2.1 (On Focus): In some sections of the site, some user interface components may unexpectedly trigger a change of context when they receive focus.
  • C.9.3.2.4 (Consistent Identification): Some components with the same functionality across a set of web pages are not identified consistently.
  • C.9.4.1.3 (Status Messages): In some cases, status messages are not presented to the user in a way that assistive technologies can interpret without moving the focus.

Accessibility Alternatives:

Elements not meeting minimum contrast ratios can be corrected by enabling adjustments via the Accessibility Widget.

For elements where the focus indicator is not natively visible, it can be activated via the “Keyboard Navigation” feature of the Accessibility Widget.
