In this section, documents, data, and information are provided regarding the obligations of publicity, transparency, and dissemination of information as required by Legislative Decree no. 33 of 14 March 2013 – Reorganization of the regulations concerning the right of civic access and the obligations of publicity, transparency, and dissemination of information by public administrations (title as amended by Article 1, paragraph 1, Legislative Decree no. 97 of 2016), published in the Official Gazette no. 80 of 5 April 2013.
The section is organized into subsections in accordance with the aforementioned decree.
