It is the right to access data and documents held by Eco Sinergie Scarl, in addition to those subject to mandatory publication, in compliance with the limits relating to the protection of legally relevant interests (art. 5-bis Legislative Decree 33/2013).
WHO: the right can be exercised by anyone who has an interest in it.
HOW: by filling out and signing the attached form and sending it together with a valid identity document to ecosinergie@gigapec.it or to info@ecosinergie.it, preferably specifying for the attention of which area manager the request is intended.
The request must be specific and not vague or generic.
Eco Sinergie will not provide/produce information if it is not already in its possession.
